Private work deserves plain answers.
This notice describes the controlled Captive Alliance pilot. It will be updated before a broader launch.
What the account service stores
Your name, email address, role, association, a one-way password hash, session and security events, and records needed to provide your hosted association view. A secure, necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics in this pilot.
What Bookkeeper does with documents
Bookkeeper reads selected statements in your browser. The document contents are not uploaded to Captive Alliance. Exports are created for you to save. Do not send raw financial documents in a feedback email.
Prompt studios and outside services
A prompt studio prepares text for you to review. If you choose to open ChatGPT or Claude, that service has its own privacy terms. Do not place client personal information or confidential carrier data in a prompt.
Sharing, retention, and requests
We do not sell personal information. Hosting and database providers process the minimum data needed to run the service. Reply to your pilot invitation thread to request access, correction, or deletion. Security records may be retained when reasonably needed to protect the service.
